Recently Gracie, (our other cat, yes we do have two, and not just that huge overgrown, orange ball of fluff, Griffy. Gracie is just very shy and reserved and usually hauls ass whenever she sees me with the camera. Smart cat!), has taken to sleeping underneath the light green throw I've tossed over one side of the sofa. I was beyond amazed that she let me take these photos.
The Little Imp however will sleep wherever (why does that not look like it's spelled correctly?) and I mean WHERE EVER the urge strikes...even if it looks horribly uncomfortable to her mommy. Oh and you never ever move her once she's out. She's like an angry snake if you wake her up in order to make her more comfortable. I guess "comfort" really is in the eye of the beholder.
Somehow I can never quite manage to get the "wordless" part of Wordless Wednesday down. Is that any huge surprise?
Maybe later I'll post some pics of green beer and a rather interesting looking cake I made yesterday in honor or St. Paddy's Day. I knew it was odd looking when the hubby came home from work, took one look at the cake and said, "Right luv, that looks pretty neat!" He never ever uses the word "neat."
Frankly I think it ended up looking a lot like a green and white leprechaun exploded from the middle of it.
For more Wordless Wednesday, or if you want to play along, head over to Wordless Wednesday and see what all the wordlessness is all about...seeing as how I obviously don't have a clue as to the definition of "wordless."
Gorgeous photos! Look at the eyes on that beautiful cat! Wow.

I am always amazed at how comfortable our pets and children can get, in the oddest places and sleep so well. And they always seem well rested, maybe we should take the hint. LOL
Enjoy your day,
Cece

Gracie really is beautiful! and *lol* at the Imp. She looks like she just fell out. Why can't ELF do that? I've seen kids fall over into their plate of food, my child MUST have everything exactly perfect before she'll begin to think about sleep, unless she passes out in the car right before we get to where we are going.

I love the hand in the bowl of cereal, looks like they both found their comfort spots.

That picture of her in the chair couch thing sleeping is so random. It's cute though.

That's so cute. Are those goldfish? I think I'm hungry now... do you think she'd mind? ;)
Happy Wednesday,
